3rd on that Rockchucker, love that RCBS stuff. Been using it for years with 0 issues.
Good books too - use the reloading manual constantly. Read - pay strict attention and take my time and the results are great.
I agree with that. Have an RCBS rock chucker and for me and the amount I shoot it works great. I like the fact that I have to do each process - feels safe to me. I take batches in bulk (1000) through the process 1 step at a time. I guess you have to decide what you will shoot - if lots of rounds...
I dont think the brass is doing that. They should be consistently the same COAL unless you are continuing to move the die?
Never shorter than min for the projectile used - longer works fine on my pistol rounds but I work rifle rounds until exact. Lock that die down.

Great question - can only answer for me.
1. I can shoot more forthe same money
2. I found that the break even was 1000 rounds of 45 acp - at that point the tooling and supplies pretty much equalled the purchase of 1000 loaded rounds. That took me about 2 months.
3. I dont think it saves money...
