    1997 Ford F350 Dually, always sounds like a noisy diesel; rides rough as a wagon. Low horsepower but thems real big horses, Clydesdales or such I believe. Bought it 21 years ago and if I can still find diesel fuel in 20 years I maybe still driving it.

    Almost fiorot,4.6 has a coolant hose that runs under the intake. Intake has to be pulled to replace it. Might want to find out if the original hose i still on the car.

    Transmission shudder. Usually not a big deal and can be treated with a bottle of friction modifier.

    I've kept my 1997 7.3 dually longer than any other vehicle. With 186000 on it I'm probably keeping it a lot longer. I have noticed a lot of "Would you consider selling" questions coming at me the last couple of years. Folks just walk up and enquire while I'm in it.

    Methinks your wrong. 1982 280zx. We started to buy the wife a new car around 2007, she said no, had wanted a 280zx since 1980 so she got one instead. Had one around the house ever since. One was her daily driver from then to 2014. This one is an occasional car.
