I just checked, it was $90 just in parts for my install in my 04 Sierra. I got it all off of Amazon. Check the Metra site to get the part number and you can order from Amazon, then for the steering wheel controls you can search for a "PAC" adapter website and get the part number for your truck... -

Yeah, newer cars are a whole different deal now for radios & alarms. I put a radio in my 2004 Sierra and I needed two adapters so it would work with everything including the steering wheel controls. The truck doesn't even have a switched 12v+ line at the radio. -

Awesome, I'll have to swing by town center on Saturday and check them out. I just put a deposit on one, I figure even if I don't like it I should be able to do some evil flipping on it. Their website says there are less than 5,000 pre-orders so far so it would be a good time to get in on it. -

Yep, just a lower unit replacement but this one was a factory jet drive. You lose roughly 30% of your hp vs. a prop motor. So a 90hp Jet drive is equivalent to a 60hp Prop motor. a lot of times you'll hear them referred to as 90/60 or 60/40 jets. Mine is a 40/30. As far as I know every outboard... -
