    A little more progress. Got the valve job finished today and the head back on. Finally found some rims in Alabama, so she finally has tires. Got the top bows installed too. Next is installing the exhaust and intake manifolds, the carb, muffler, fan, radiator.... The list goes on.

    I have the skills to do some of the work, but I rely on my friend Bobby to do the body work. He is 81 years old and has been doing this stuff for 66+ years.

    More progress. Body going back together. All parts painted and ready for installation. Finally found a used set of 21" split rims in Trussville Alabama. Ordered up the tires and with any luck will have them installed this weekend(Props to Summit Racing). Also just found out it needs a valve...

    Have been able to find almost everything through suppliers. They are four major suppliers and if one is out of stock, then one of the others generally has. The only thing I haven't been able to purchase is pedals. The cam was badly worn on one, so I'm welding it up and grinding down to fit...

    Partially rebuilding transmission. Next is Carburetor.

    Keeping it as original as possible. Went with Ash wood for all the body support parts. Gonna paint it black like original. Will be cleaning up the original hickory spokes then clear coat. Now collecting all the electrical parts for the 6 volt system.
