My understanding it they are waiting for Darrel and Carol to return and they intend to head out to DC then. According to what I read there is another Terminus type place to deal with somewhere near DC. My best guess is that they will try to find Beth before heading out toward DC.
Glenn and Maggie agreed to go, to stop a fight between Rick and Abraham and to get help on the raid on the remnants of the Terminus group.
