I recently bought a pretty complete 'parts kit' for a Beretta 92 on eBay. Their policies regarding what can and can't be sold seem to be pretty inconsistent.
Nah, I've shot Capital Cartridge reloads. They were fine. I don't know what powder they used, but it was pretty dirty.
On the other hand, you should clean your gun regularly anyway.
