Why so cheap? CZ P09

They may not be the newest model but $300 for the last week??
It’s a BIG pistol. I had one for a while, it shot great, but I sold it for honestly more than this.
I like them better than the 75 just for being lighter. It does stink they don't take CZ 75 mags and last I checked mecgar doesn't make p09 mags. I like them a lot. Great shooter.
Wish it came in a grown up caliber. 
They are good guns. I would speculate the reason they're so cheap currently is CZ over estimated the market for a large full size 9mm handgun and produced too many. Just supply and demand that's all. Lots of good deals to be had on all sorts of new guns lately.
What’s the newest model?
There was an interview with someone from cz recently where I think the rep said they were working some new models to release soon. I haven't seen anything new since the p10 series and the shadow compact. Seems like prices dropped drastically right when Colt took over for cz usa
