I hate these stupid double standards... Throw a worm in a bottle of tequila and it's "premium"... Throw a worm or two in with cheap potatoes and they're "trash"
:)
Great price for a real Beretta factory mag. I have a handful of Mil contract mags- and they work, but the factory Beretta mags I have a really a lot nicer.
What's funny to me is I got an email from Midway a few minutes after the one from Aim listing the same Gustav ammo for $500 per can.
Midway flippin' Aim's ammo? :)
Yeah, shows in stock but won't add to cart- which is good for me right now. Although the local FFL has been awful happy to see me lately... I'd better get a Christmas card this year :)
I posted something earlier about the PTAC I bought for cheap through PSA- not the slick side, but it was about $190 IIRC. Shoots fine. Of course, it has one solid range trip under its belt so far.
I bought a cheap-as-hell PTAC upper either because it was a blem or it was on clearance... don't recall exactly, but it was $190 with free shipping at the time. No BCG of course, but it added a 1:9 mid-length to the family.
Shoots fine and I didn't notice any problems with the finish or...
I was going to do the same thing- let them do the ceracoat work and thread it at the same time. Although, it really doesn't need to be refinished right now.
Gosh darnit... You guys that get to buy them at $259 are all welcome... This is clearly all my fault :)
I'm the guy that can end a season long drought by washing my car. And make it rain every time I water the yard/garden.
I always compare the shipping weight on safes- one that big should be pretty darn heavy if it's a good one. Normally Cannon is good stuff, but this looks pretty suspect for the price.
I gave mine a good cleaning so far but haven't gotten out to the range. I will say the sights are my biggest complaint. Definitely going to add some white paint to the back of the front blade. And I've never said that about a pistol before.
Sorry- just saw this, but since PSA still has them at the same price, I'll bump the post.
Yes, ordered through PSA. My local FFL charges $25 to transfer (unlike a lot of places up around Atlanta that do it free), so I got the pistol in hand with one mag for $332. Extra mags weren't an issue...
I picked mine up at lunch today- and I have to agree with everything said above. Overall, reasonably good condition and I'm anxious to get it out to the range. Also- this one has a metal trigger and a stainless guide rod. Two things that my much newer 92FS didn't have. Overall, I'm very...
Yeah- DAO would tick me off... somebody may get it from me cheap if that's the case. I really hope that the 92FS mags work as they said- I've got a small pile of those. Checked the contract mags, real Beretta mags, and a couple of pro mags- only the pro mags have the lower notch cut in them...

I ordered one... Depending on condition, I may have a Ceracoated black/titanium 92S soon.
