It appears you only submit photos if you want them to analyze and decide if it fits the new criteria. Info is still fresh though so I'm not stating that as fact.
I agree... I'm not attached to any of my AR pistols in their current form. Uppers would be the easiest solution. I did just buy a Kalashnikov USA KP9 that I really don't want to get rid of though. So if comes down to it in 120 days, that's one I may have to end up registering.

I'm no fan of a registry but are they handing our free SBR stamps as long as I register it? Are braces no longer braces and everything is now a stock? Did I miss the part in the articles where I need to apply (and pay) for stamps for my braces? Can I take off the braces and just put stocks on...
