    From what I gather the ATF is expecting hundreds of thousands of these registrations and only have 8 people doing work to go through all these applications. I'd say most people will be on the criminal list for more than 10 years.

    I also was born and raised in jersey, it was not so bad back then I actually was in gun club in high school. We would bring our guns to school and the teacher would teach us the proper way to break them down and clean them. My teacher brought in a machine gun from WWI to show us how to use it.
