    The planes aren't exactly missing. They're still in Libya under ISIS control. I would think a coordinated attack amongst the defenseless would be more in their M.O. than another high scale attack like 9/11. It certainly would bring our country to it's knees mentally/spiritually/emotionally...

    Typically radiological matter will sink in water (when in their solid forms). Water is also a great barrier for radiation. Of course the water becomes ionized when in contact with the material.
