    Oh I don't want to pack them away...I stand in my closet regularly and look at and handle my knives...my wife is slightly worried, but whatever...lol I was thinking almost like a gun case, where I could open it and see like 10 knives in full display (while protected)...or something along those...

    I recently received the Workshop Ken Onion sharpener, thing is pretty slick. I've been doing some practicing on this large Gerber "Bear Griles (spelling)" hunting style knife. I actually think I did ok. The thing was beat up as it was the kids and had some rust on the serrations, just marked up...

    I've watched a few YouTube videos on it and yes, they say to stop the blade tip halfway thru the belt or it will round it off.
