I was thinking pretty much the same thing. While I like the idea of a boot knife I hardly ever where boots. As for a neck knife to me it should be a T handle push dagger. Problem is I aint found one yet that's not too big .

What he said. If you scored it way back in 77 it's probably the real deal. But there's tons of knockoffs of WW2 knives and almost all of them are of German/Nazi knives. There's anpther pattern of gravoty knife from that era that looks and works kinda like an OTF switchblade without a spring...
