I was up there today and shot a few rounds of skeet with some very nice gentlemen that showed me the ropes. I'll be headed back next weekend for some more practice I'm sure.
I've been a member for a few years but I've only utilized the various rifle and pistol ranges. I want to shoot my over/under this weekend and I'm a little unclear as to costs and what you must buy from the club (orientation info is hazy). I also have no feel for # of folks up there shooting on...
100%...I can't carry appendix and be comfortable...just the way I'm shaped won't let it work. I rock IWB at the 3/4 o'clock position...works great for me. I don't understand why anyone would care where someone else EDC's their weapons
I personally think you are doing it all wrong @CBeck - I like to crank up that magnification and then play a game of "find the target"...it's what the pro's do
Wait...you guys do math?? I hold up this little brown box...it tells me a number, I click to that number...I say I'm ready...I start shooting...I pay ZERO attention to windage...I start missing...pretty sure MIL or MOA, it's the same result...lol

Picked it up off a fellow ODT'er in my squad during the monthly Steel Challenge match at RBGC. It's lowers the red dot a decent amount versus the standard rail mounted setup that comes stock on the pistol. Looks sleek IMO, glad I switched it up!
You won't regret the decision. I recently went from an EDC Glock 23 to the Sig P365X and it's been a night and day difference. Don't get me wrong, I still love the way my Glock shoots, but the Sig is just as fun to shoot and so much better for EDC IMO
