If you couldn't find someone to rent one to try I'd welcomely let you run a mag or two through mine. The metal frame sigs definately shoot better (boy do I miss my 226 sometimes) but I think (for me at least) the 320c makes a lot more sense for carry. That first trigger pull on the sig in DA...
The slide on it is a little wide (compared to my mod 2)
Actually to do a caliber exchange you just need the slide/barrel/recoil assembly and a magazine, the include a grip frame as well because you may be swapping to a subcompact from a full size or visa versa and would need a different...
A Vulcan Canon on an A10 warthog fires 6000/min which equates to 50 rounds in half a second... I want one of these 30 rounds in half a second rifles.. through a single barrel.. I mean sure you'd melt it with the first mag, but I bet it would sound bad ass
I have neighbors with machine guns... but I don't think there is anybody within hearing range of where i'm at that doesn't shoot... someone around here starts shooting and 10 minutes later it sounds like the 4th of july because everyone in the neighborhood starts shooting like its a competition...
OWB the 320c slide is little wide, but in the right holster (like a cooks) It shouldn't print any more than your XDs with the extended mag in it i would think.
I'm always IWB because I can never find a damn shirt long enough that I'm not worried my muzzle is going to stick out if I move wrong
P320C
I miss my 226 sometimes, but the 320 just makes more sense as a carry. I love the trigger on it and think its a perfect self defense trigger. Its a double action striker fire but the trigger pull feels more like a heavy single action. its not really that heavy to me, but you do have to...
hey now.. AR-22's are a hell of a lot of fun to play with at Steel Challenge matches or to just see how fast you can squeeze the trigger and do a mag dump :) Especially for those of us that are cheap, and broke  that said I reload and can load 9mm for the same price as decent (CCI) .22 can...
Some guns are set from the factory to be POA (point of aim, dot is where the bullet lands) others are pumpkin (bullet lands on top of front sight, this is my neighbors prefered sight set up and he sets all his guns up that way) some half pumpkin (half bullet above sight, half is covered by front...
Neighbor has the XDs, I like my XD mod 2 4" trigger.. but that thing sucks.. I much prefer the trigger on a shield. If I was going to get a new sub compact right now it would be between a P320 sub, Shield, and an officer sized 1911
No they are not all threaded. I had one that was not.
Edited to add: I also didn't have a single problem out of mine until after about 3k rounds the recoil spring wore out and it started having feeding issues because the spring wasn't strong enough to bring it to full battery anymore. I always...
It bothers me only because I shoot idea and the way the rule is worded you take a penalty for dropping a mag and not stowing it in a pocket if the slide isn't locked back from the mag being empty
Exactly what I was going to say. It also forces you to disengage safety on draw without even thinking about it. The downside is whenever you try to shoot a polymer gun the slide will never lock back after your last shot because your high grip will ride the slide lock lol
Even handguns have their "newish' rounds...
.22 tcm, 5.7mm, .357 sig.
as has been said, different rounds for different uses. .22tcm and 5.7 have some penetration advantages on soft armor and bullet resistant glass. .357 Sig is like an auto loader magnum cartridge. Different strokes for...
i replace recoil springs on my 1911's for maintenance every 5k rounds, its cheap insurance, helps keep recoil in check, and protects more expensive frame parts. i'm sure I could go longer, but they are only $7.. its one of the things I keep in stock in the parts bins in my loading room along...
