Cooked this brisket overnight last night for late lunch/early dinner today with the family. Forgot take pics at end of cook. The burnt ends were delicious but the flat was a bit dry.
Currently have a Kamado Joe. I like it a lot. A more economical option is a pit barrel smoker, which I used for several years before getting the Kamado Joe. It was pretty darn good too.
I have MEATER and thermopro TP20 for cooks. MEATER is awesome for rotisserie cooking because it has no wires. But they both keep similar temps for inside meat and outside meat.
