  1. Chocolate Kahlua Cake

Tell them $25 a piece! We used to sell them for $20 and that was in the early 2000.

I bet that'll taste good with those white chocolate chips! Can't wait to scroll down, lol! This is actually a really great idea! You could do other colors for different holidays as well. Make orange for halloween, red and green for christmas, pink for valentine's day, etc That looks good...
  4. Chocolate Kahlua Cake

That's awesome! We used to buy the big jugs of the off brand of Kahlua and use that. Couldn't tell a difference honestly. Though it was weird buying 5 1/2 gallons of coffee liqueur at a time.

I've realized that regardless of how well I paint that firebox with that paint, it will always come off. I read on a smoker manufacturers webpage that the only paint that never had peel/ flake was the paint used on the space shuttles for re-entry and it was like $500+ a gallon.

Oh no, I don't have those kind of metal fabricating skills. Mine came from Gator pit. As for the plates, varies by what you're smoking.

With adjustable plates, you could remove them to clean. My smoker has an opening at one end and just behind that is a drain w/ a ball valve. I also have a long handled tool (ash rake) used for cleaning. It's just shorter than a broom handle, all metal, and the end has a curved piece to match the...

I thought it looked pretty big! Are you going to put in adjustable plates for reverse flow?
  15. My 75gal. reverse flow offset smoker build (pic) heavy ..FINISHED

Did you check Felton's Smoker calculator for firebox size? Based on a 75 gallons the calculations say 5775cuin. Not sure the dimensions on yours but it looks big enough.
  16. Chocolate Kahlua Cake

Yeah, that teaspoon really throws it way off. TFG.
  17. Bread Machine

Wasn't a supermarket bakery but a stand alone one. I worked here back when it was in Habersham Village: http://www.savannahrumrunners.com/index.html
  18. Chocolate Kahlua Cake

The bread machine thread reminded me of my days (though short they were) of working in a bakery. Below is the recipe for one of the best selling cakes we made there, a Chocolate Kahlua Cake. Every time I made these, they sold out at $20 a piece and every time I make one for the family, it...
  19. Bread Machine

We have a bread machine we rarely use anymore. We've found its cheaper and easier to buy take and bake bread from the grocery store. If we want a special loaf, we'll break out the bread machine. Now, many many many many moons ago, a young lady was "friendly" with got me a job at a bakery. I...
