This is actually a really great idea! You could do other colors for different holidays as well. Make orange for halloween, red and green for christmas, pink for valentine's day, etc

That's awesome! We used to buy the big jugs of the off brand of Kahlua and use that. Couldn't tell a difference honestly. Though it was weird buying 5 1/2 gallons of coffee liqueur at a time.
You'll be glad you did! I'm thinking of making this for the holidays this year. Not a Kahlua drinker so we don't keep it around or I'd make it more often.
I've realized that regardless of how well I paint that firebox with that paint, it will always come off. I read on a smoker manufacturers webpage that the only paint that never had peel/ flake was the paint used on the space shuttles for re-entry and it was like $500+ a gallon.

Did you check Felton's Smoker calculator for firebox size? Based on a 75 gallons the calculations say 5775cuin. Not sure the dimensions on yours but it looks big enough.
