    No valve on hot side,always open,several cold side valves going to kitchen,upstairs commodes,and main inlet feed.

    15 year old tank,I figured something was blocked but had ok pressure prior to drain but afterwards steady and quick decline,yep closed drain valve also <definitely not a plumber..........lol Watched a **** load of YouTube vids on this problem,still an uneducated plumber.

    no hot water pressure all over house after draining water heater. I drain the heater 3 times a year just to see if I am getting sediment build up. Did everything the same as I always have.
