    By "reinforcing" the roof of this sun porch? All I see is he scabbed a bunch of 2x6s to the existing structure, but no additional supports on the load bearing surfaces. I supoose he called himself "raising" the roof but it wasn't sagging to begin with. I think she got skinned for $tree-fiddy...
