    I spoke with a doc, just a little while ago. It turns out I may have some avascular necrosis happening. They made an appointment with my ortho, who will confirm. with an MRI If that is the case, the shots will not do me any good. I think I am looking at a hip replacement on both sides.

    Shower with dawn diswashing liquid.. It helps remove the oil from the poison oak. Keep cold very salt water in a bowl , soak a rag in it and wash down to relieve itching. Believe it or not, wiping affected areas with the inside of a banana peel will help with the itching also .. Prednisone asap
