  1. Quit Facebook! Here's How....

I've been around since the beginning and I didn't get it either.
  2. Quit Facebook! Here's How....

I drive by the Southlake exit on I-75 every day going to work. Used to take the family to Morrow for movies, the mall and to eat back in the early 1990's when we first moved to the metro area. That area has been "gone" for a long time now. I don't remember the last time I even got off at that exit.
  3. Quit Facebook! Here's How....

Off topic but, Macon Mall was a good place to take a date and hang out in the late 1970's when I was in high school. We used to drive up from Perry fairly often. Never a thought of crime of any kind and everybody was dressed casually, but nice. I haven't been there in probably over 20 years. I...
  4. Issue with leading credit card processor for firearms dealers

Would the trademark "color" of that organization happen to be pink and did they not get into some controversy a few years back when it was rumored that they were bleeding off some of their funds to Planned Parenthood?
  5. Publix? Removed gun magazines ?

Maybe just a snowflake manager or two at a couple of locations?
  6. Hope this morning is uneventful.

I was wondering the same thing.
  7. Publix? Removed gun magazines ?

I think the Kroger stores, on an individual basis, "change" along with whatever neighborhood/area they're located in. OTOH, I was in a newer Kroger in Peachtree City last week and it was as nice, clean and fancy as any grocery store I've ever been in. The new Super Krogers are supposed to be the...
  8. Publix? Removed gun magazines ?

    Dem Publix Deli sammiches tho...
  9. Lots of Guns Forfeited

And... gun laws are unconstitutional. I don't think that most have a problem with what he did from a moral standpoint, he just used poor judgement and got his t*t in the wringer.
  10. Lots of Guns Forfeited

What guy? All I seem to remember is that his wife had a purty decent store-bought rack.
  11. Anyone ever used Zillow to sell a house

You're following a business model almost exactly like Rhonda Duffy, but you've got better rates. I'm listed with Duffy now and have had no major complaints but I'd have used you if I had known about your company. One of the previous posters is correct, it's insane to pay a listing agent 3 to 3.5%.
  12. I need suggestions on where to get the best opinion

    Dang, beat me to it!
  13. Diesel Car??

Good advice here. I've got a 1996 Passat TDI that I bought new in '96. Still my daily commuter (airport car). It's got 325,000 miles on it and still gets 50 MPG. The older ones got a lot better fuel mileage. Just about everything on it has disintegrated over the years. Seats are shot...
  14. UPS Driver Good Will Fail

In his defense, FedEx and UPS run their couriers to the ragged edge, right down to the gnat's a**, time-wise. If they even want to come close to getting all their route done, they can't ever let their shirttail touch their a**.
  15. Deaton's Gun in Loganville - break in

"No items were reported stolen". Weird. Maybe the inventory was secured?
  16. Never have I ever had this happen while sitting at a restaurant to eat. Unbelievable!

Along that same line of thought, I'm considering buying a Subaru. What's your opinion on that? :becky:
  17. Never have I ever had this happen while sitting at a restaurant to eat. Unbelievable!

I've bought food before when approached and it was appreciated. I've also been told to get lost for offering food while refusing to give cash.
  18. Never have I ever had this happen while sitting at a restaurant to eat. Unbelievable!

So..., "homeless and hungry" but they refuse when manager of a STEAK HOUSE offers them food? Wastes of carbon.
  19. Going to Eastman, GA

There was no local law enforcement 8 or 9 years ago. Word was that the local po-po got busted for running some kind of 'roid ring so the Feds stepped in and handled law enforcement for awhile. All LEO's were of the Fed variety, driving around in black SUV's. Probably a lot more to it than...
