Went up to Kenia, AK on a mission trip to do some construction work during the work day and fishing in the evening. Even though it was the worst run in 38 years we caught some fish and and had a great trip.
Went out this afternoon for a quick fishing trip. Game forecast said, "stay home", but we went anyways. Glad we did. Had a solid top water hit by a stiper. Blessings!
Took some friends out to fish, but my boat developed a leak and well...it kinda sunk. Managed to make it to a sandy spot on Lanier and am SOOOooo grateful for the Tow Boat USA guys and my mechanic. Boat motor-fixed. Boat leak-found. Other issues-in the works. Could of been worse, but thank the...
Water was up to 55 on Saturday. Hoping it continues this week. There are beds with no fish on them. Soon as the water warms up they will be back on them.

Got out there early this morning to see if we could find some schooling. Fortunately we were able to run into a few. Really enjoy the excitement when they are striking all around the boat.
Got out this morning for a couple of hours before work to see if we could find some active fish. Broke off a good one but then hung into a good striped bass.
Had a great morning on Lake Lanier as we got into some schooling action with both spotted bass and striped bass. Caught several more, but this was the most exciting portion of the day.
