Went out this afternoon for a quick fishing trip. Game forecast said, "stay home", but we went anyways. Glad we did. Had a solid top water hit by a stiper. Blessings!

Boat traffic on Lanier right now is insane on the weekends. If you go fish, head north and get away from the crazies...north of 369.
I'll be out there Sunday morning early and off by 10:30.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Fortunately, I'll be doing most of my fishing there mid week.
That's when I try and go as well. It starts get hairy on Thursday now. It's unreal how many people are on that lake.
But so many quality fish, too.
