    I was being sarcastic. :) That rig is set to run 95-96 with the right driver...I am not that driver. I hang out around 70 or so. Best I've done is 79.7, and it was screaming fast. Dealer we bought the boat from took me out and ran 87 while it was in break in mode. The boat will flat get it.

    Boat traffic on Lanier right now is insane on the weekends. If you go fish, head north and get away from the crazies...north of 369. I'll be out there Sunday morning early and off by 10:30.

    I believe what you are asking for is illegal. The state will help you stock your pond, but you have to open it for public fishing. Or, stock it yourself. GON.com has plenty of advertisers that would do that for you.

    If you want the best guide on Lanier for striper fishing, look up Jeff Blair. I promise you he'll put you on fish and has a much nicer boat for the same price.

    I agree completely, but having fished Lanier for the past few years, his name was very well known. That said, I hope they throw the book at him and bury him under the jail.
