I just ordered a cheap one from amazon. I took it to the range yesterday and realized I forgot the wrench. I pressed the sight out using my leatherman and decided to simply use the brass punch Ive been using to press the new one in. I will take wrench next time.
Has anyone seen this gun? I sold it in 2016. The following link has some pictures of it as sold with bobbed hammer etc.

You did an awesome job. I like the ones that look stock when completed. Many of the professional jobs require stippling. I figure it's to hide less than perfect work. You have no reason to stipple.
I have not swapped springs. I do have some 4lb springs from other kits. I just have to identify them.
No thank you I can only imagine that would be another point of pinch. I have looked at xd's but decided glock was just fine. I can't imagine my gun going off negligently when I would not have...
The part was less than $20 shipped. Smyrna is several hours away and I would have to take a day off work. It never crossed my mind to contact them but I guess I should have.
Thank goodness the boring reliability gets really boring
Ok I just realized I have broken a steel j frame and a glock this year alone.
Yes I returned from the range and was cleaning my guns. TWhen I went to reassemble I noticed the piece missing. The gun had shot 100% at the range.
I was taking my 43 apart to clean it and realized it's broken. Actually what is broken is in the trigger housing. The piece of plastic that the spring goes on is broken. One end is like a barrel and it slides in the housing the other end goes into the clip that the trigger bar hooks to. The tip...
This is one of the nicest chops I've ever seen. The lines don't look professional they look factory. The clean lines and the lack of stipple make this awesome!
Wow. When I saw the first engraving picture I thought "this idiot attacked it with an engraving tool and ruined it". The last picture I thought " I owe this man an apology this is the work of a craftsman". Wow!
