I think a lot of people cling on to feeling superior to another group as a survival mechanism. I heard this young national guard infantryman going off about another MOS. He had no EIB, no CIB, and he was too young to have ever been active duty. I figured somehow finding a way to feel superior probably helps him sleep and I’m all for it if it helps.
