Yeah I'm home with a sick kid so I've walked outside a few times and slung some sticks.
They saw 2- had one shot opportunity but the window closed too fast.
Hope they get to feeling better.
Mark today was a blast , thank you for everything today: you are a true asset to ODT.
I was out and didnt see a thing. I think i have the bad juju right now. I started the season and got 5 with a bow. As soon as rifle season started i havent seen one yet. Go figure.
The lighting was perfect
And I had a feeling Id see some deer yesterday.
Today is even better but I saw two bucks last night traveling together on the opposite
Ridge.
They moved fast in areas of no cover and slowed or stopped to browse in cover.
Amazing how bucks feel vulnerable in the open areas even when no hunting pressure is on them.
Man if I could hunt all day today I would.
