What a testosterone show,,,,,,,wow..........those that state that placement is the key, it is the key. No ones wants to be shot, no one in their right mind. Preferences are just that, but to say one "bullet" is less is crazy, depends on where the round hits. But this discussion reminds me of the current political climate in this nation; no one is listening they just cheerlead for their side. Guns save lives period..............
When look at the history of the 10mm the pointlessness for ccw purposes shows. Especially for doubletaps. As far as hog hunting goes.... still pointless. If you're using dogs and traps, a 22 will suffice. If you're hunting regular, a rifle would be a better choice. But I rarely see ppl carrying them. Now what I personally don't understand is the. 40 cal.. 45 has better stopping power, less recoil although not the range. 9mm has even less recoil allowing more rounds on target faster. With good defensive loads, 9mm is very great for ccw. 40 Cal just has excessive recoil and price for its ballistics. 357 sig isn't a great choice for ccw but it does have extremely great trajectory. I'm not a fan of 380. Its 2mm shorter case length, not much cheaper than 9mm, and most platforms don't feel comfortable in my hand. But that is simply my opinion.
showing my age here, but non other than Sonny Crocket from Miami Vice carried a 10mm. I know that started the fad back in the 80's...

why do people care so much? 10mm is cool cause it can blow a big hole in s***. this is an open forum anyone can post whether they trade or not. why do people take this site so seriously? is this mean girls?
