My wife took down two deer here in Paulding without even trying. First was with her Rav4L and second was with her Mazda3! Four years apart, but same spot on Dabbs Bridge Rd near entrance to The Capitol at Senator's Ridge. Must be a game trail there.

That is pretty colored buck.

He kept his summer coat for the ladies. Got some that stay red colored like this one and some that are gray. Usually the red coated one don’t get much bigger horns. this one was a 8pt last year also.

I've got my varmint rifle tonight hoping a coyote shows up though hoping a big doe shows up too... being bucked out is a mixed blessing.
