Also it's my understanding that Tim from Military Arms Channel is also signing on to this suit with GoA and the others to fight the fact that the ATF and DoJ are writing new legislation, which isn't within their power to do legally.

Not to get completely off target but as a matter of information. Notice the NRA has said nothing? This is why the GOA gets all the money I used to send the NRA.
