Mine came today via USPS. There was an issue with the shipping email and I couldn't see tracking info. I just finished charging one and will test it outside tonight. The instructions are wrong. It says to initiate turbo mode you hit the tail switch twice. You actually turn it on and hit the side button twice. It seems very bright. With the loud color you'd be hard pressed to lose it outside. For $15 and free shipping it's a solid deal. They are showing $19.99 now and the black ones are back in stock.

You will be impressed once it actually is dark. They are just an awesome mix of throw and spill. The perfect edc light for me. Also, you can turn it on and then hold that top switch for 3-4 seconds if you want the other mode which only has medium and turbo and you don’t have to double click to get turbo. The double click on that mode is strobe. You can also double half click the tail switch in that mode for strobe. I wonder why they jumped it up to 1999. The deal was supposed to go through the third.

I played with mine last night walking the dog. Didn't try turbo mode in the neighborhood, but did light up the entire top of the big oak tree beside our house. Great buy for the price.
