I remember when it would have been in some far fetched futuristic fiction bad B movie. Of course that was like ancient... you know, like 20 years ago.

I made a few...unwise decisions when I was 15. Thankfully, none involved removing or adding body parts.

Seems to me that any doctor performing this kind of operation on a minor is opening themselves up to some serious legal issues. A 15 year old can't give legal consent as far as I know.

Heck, most 15 year olds aren't even through puberty yet. They aren't even fully the sex they are, let alone the sex they aren't.
