It's a very sturdy extension ladder that works for most one-story height applications. Mine is great, but heavy. I bought the wheel add-ons for it .I bought the werner one last year mainly because of the 350 weight limit, being near that i can honestly say that it is the most stable laddle I have been on!!
Well worth the price i paid.

I got fed up with my 16 ft aluminum extension ladder and put it on my mailbox with a "Free" sign. It was gone in an hour. I got tired of that ladder because it was only suited for a little girl weighing 90 pounds. I'm 73 now and I just didn't need that **** anymore, so I got one of these. Sturdy as a boulder, IMO. Small profile when collapsed down and completely safe, IMOMine is also the 350 pound weigh limit.
