Have a problem with low idle speed when warms up. Idle drops to 400/500 RPMs and idles rough. Have had in shop a couple if times but still has issue. Any Honda mechanics thoughts?

Commonly this is caused by a vacuum leak. I would inspect all the vacuum lines and air intake hose for cracks, proper connection and breaks. If the lines are okay, you may need to have the idle speed adjusted. This can be done by a Honda dealer with their PGM Tester.
If you had the battery disconnected, you may just need to drive it for 10 or 15 miles for the PCM to relearn the new values.

Valve lash out of spec? Sounds crazy but when was your last valve adjustment? Google it, known problem
Start with the basics, cap wires and plugs. If that fails check valve lash.
