2-Fer roasted garlic

I take fresh garlic cloves and put them in a dish and pour in a quart of olive oil. Bake at 350 until the garlic starts to brown. Remove and cool. Strain the oil into the original container or whatever you want to use. Purée the garlic and mix with a pound of softened butter. You’ll have some awesome roasted garlic olive oil and a delicious compound butter.
