I'm not big on .22 at all. To me they are useless unless of course you're teaching a little kid or something. I don't know what the big deal is on .22LR ammo

Horde mentality. If I'm trying to horde ammo, I want numbers. .22 gives you the most numbers, so it makes you feel better. Same type of people horde ammo that horde cats and old trash bags and such. You can horde 50 rounds of 9mm for $10-15 or ... you can horde several hundred rounds of .22 for the same price.
I can tell you it's my preferred round for small game dispatch, though that's not really an option in city limits where I live now. I also have two different .22's in my carry rotation.

Oh I know about hoarding ammo, but it's strictly .223 and 9mm. I'm waiting on my package from PSA actually on PMC .223 for .32 per round shipped!!!

Has anyone ever used these mags? Are they any good? Would you be better off to just buy pmags for $2 more? This is from Academy's black Friday add.
