So long as you're doing that with mags, ammo, and accessories you should be fine. You start doing that with "intent" on firearms and that's a no-no.

Surprised the ATF didn't pursue that further. Guess they don't have the resources and/or interest.

Especially within the six months after Newtown, I saw rampant flipping at every gun show. Guy A would bring the gun, sell to Guy B, Guy B would sell to a dealer, that dealer would sell the gun on a 4473 to Gun C, then Guy C would sell the gun to Guy D. I'd swear that at one event, I saw the same gun being carried around by six different people at six different times.

A few months back in a speech it was mentioned that laws surrounding who needed to be an FFL would be enforced. A big key to that was intent. It was nothing more than a restatement of existing law, but no more than a day after that speech the volume on ODT dropped like crazy. It still seems that way.

The election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2016. As of now it is 8Jun2016.

Now that Bernie is out, now would be the time to start your panic buying.

Ammo, mags, standard capacity mag accepting semi autos, etc. Get them now. The Panic buying is 2008 was insane. That was Obama saying he WOULDNT take our guns.

Hillary is basically saying SHE WILL. This will be much worse.
Buy it all now. **** is going to go crazy.

I'm not buying anymore stuff unless , I need it. ODT, has been good to me in accessories and ammo. If, I can't meet a threat now with what I have I'm screwd. Just, need to teach my son's new girl friend how to use her rifle and how to conduct a house sweep, because if she can't carry her load in a fight she's not staying with my family during emergencies. She's seems really eager to learn.
