Thanks ! I’m almost positive that he only ran no ethanol in that bike. Do you think that I definitely should drain the old fuel out

Smell it and see if it smells like old varnish. If the ignition isn't locked then you shouldn't need a key. Just turn the knob.

Ok the junk is running! Pulled plugs.
Rotated the engine! Small amount of fresh fuel!
Oh, did I mention two trips for the battery? Had to have two hook ups on each post for all the extra bull**** that’s on this bike!
