Well, completely forgot about the time/date stamp pic so it's not a legit bird for the challenge. But still want to show it off! First bird from Maxwell Farms. Super proud of it nonetheless!

Sorry I just now seen this. But the time and date is on the game check. But you didn’t put a picture of the spur measurement. So from what you have all I can give you is 9 points. Is everybody ok with that?

Congrats do y’all have many with beard rot,back when I hunted a lot for them it was pretty common in Macon county they would have 7-9 inch thick beard with 1.5 spurs and you know they were old birds.

Congrats do y’all have many with beard rot,back when I hunted a lot for them it was pretty common in Macon county they would have 7-9 inch thick beard with 1.5 spurs and you know they were old birds.

Back when I hunted in Macon Co, we didn’t encounter any with beard rot.
The club we were in was near in the Northern part of the county, off of Hwy 128.
Up here in Carroll and Paulding I have not come across any with beard rot.

Back when I hunted in Macon Co, we didn’t encounter any with beard rot.
The club we were in was near in the Northern part of the county, off of Hwy 128.

They said it’s caused by mites about 1/2 what we killed would have it.our turkeys left,died ,or something around 15 and we just starting to get a few back.
