I have the Mark II slabside with a Nikon 2x scope. It is real easy to shoot shotgun hull at 100yds. They are a pain to put back together but after a few times it does get easier.

I like the sound of all metal honestly. A little hefty is kinda what Im looking for so... I gotta hold a few and then Ill make a final decision.An all steel MKIII is a little hefty, not light. I love mine though. The 22/45 is the model with the polymer frame. It has a grip angle similar to a 1911. most 1911 grips will fit on a 22/45 as well if it has replaceable panels. Go handle them both and pick the one that feels the best to you and you will be happy.
