I recently aquired an antique .32 shot (not short) rimfire chambered smoothbore.
I am in the process of re creating this obsolete cartrige. Someone had suggested I try a .30 cal gas check as a shot cup but I have only found em by the thousand and I dont even know for a fact they will work for this experimental application. Does anyone have any ideas on what else may work for this application. Does anyone have a few .30 cal gas checks I could beg or trade for just to confirm wheather this will be a good option?
Any help re creating this obsolete cartrige will be appreciated. The inside diameter of the brass i will be using is .310
