300 blackout bolt gun

Oregunsmithing Pendleton stock for Howa Mini (left)
Stocky's Composite stock for Remington 700 (right)
As popular as Ruger rifles are, I'd guess there are number of carbon fiber stocks available in the market.
Most carbon stocks weigh around 30oz. One of the ways to lighten your rifle and look and feel better than plastic stocks.
Stockys has no Ruger American stocks…that I can find.

This? Only 2lbs…

Looks like that is one of few in the market. I'm sure some one who is more knowledgeable about Ruger rifles would chime in shortly.
Ruger should have good aftermarket support for their rifles. Definitely more than Howa Mini...

Boys I’ve got a shooter on my hands!

Got her sighted in with Hornady factory sub X loads. They shot like like to be expected.

Then got into some hand loads and hollllllleeeeee sheerettttt. This thing stacked them in a ragged hole at 50yards.

The target that’s got no writing is sighting the rifle in with the factory sub x 2 off paper. 8 walking it in.

Can confirm the GEN II fits perfect in the MDT field stock and has no feeding issues with the MDT 223 acis mag. I had to do no modification. Lionheart Lionheart

Pro tip: Install rifle into chassis before putting the mag catch in. The rear action screw is right under the mag catch.

All that, and it's a cheap an inexpensive rifle.

That Pendleton stock from Oregunsmithing is a damn nice stock. I also got the hinged floor plate bottom metal for mine.

It is super light and joy to carry in the thick woods.
I'm debating on hinged floor plate. Not sure I'd want my rifle giving birth to live ammo. 🤔
But also don't care for mags that are not flush fit with stock...
