38 spcl or 22 lr/mag snubby

Somebody here is selling a Charter Arms purple colored "lavender lady" for $270.
For about $100 more, another person is selling a real Smith & Wesson model 36, an older gun, flat cylinder latch, from the early 1960s.
It should have a much smoother trigger and generally be better quality.
That Smith is $360.
 
My friend has one of these, but he loves it and won't ever sell it.
Rossi, small frame .38 special, stainless steel, 3" barrel, wood grips.
This sold for $139 back in the early 1990s at a gun shop in Roswell.
It's probably the ideal "snake protection" gun for hikers, campers, fishermen, etc.
Here's a video of somebody else showing off the same model gun.
If you could find one of these, for about $250, that would be a fair price and a lot of gun for the money.
