Nice cold morning, went in at 5 am and heard tons of deer running around.

Tried out the Indian rock once the ladder of doom was killing my back.

Once daylight approached the deer got quiet and sneaky.

This doe slimmed right by me almost unnoticed until she appeared right in front of me.
She ran 50 yards.

I could have shot three more this morning if I had more broad heads.

One looked me after I shot the doe then finally trotted off.... Two more came by and stared at me while I was waiting for the doe to expire.

Then one was blowing at me and circling while I was dragging the doe out so I bought me some more shwackers and bolts.

I wish I knew where they were.

They're in there just sneaky......my Daughter saw a monster back there near the house the other night....but The only buck I saw was the small 4 pointer I harvested.

Then that would mean the rut would be good to see bucks.

When there's too many does the rut is non existent.

Believe me, there are plenty of does at Indian rock.
