40+ Officers & ATF Agents Raid Home of FPSRussia

You can't have more than 40lbs in one blast. If you do, you have to have a license. They were more worried about him detonating it on camera and making money from it. This also requires a license. It's still BS, in the future I bet he gets the license and we get to see some bigger booms on camera.

YouTube search "fpsrussia 200lbs explosive tannerite"

im going to play devils advocate for a moment.

FPS has access to lots of guns and blows stuff up on camera regularly and his manager was murdered a few months back.

im sorry, but the guy is on the radar. no they didnt find anything, BUT not every warrant turns up with evidence. are yall mad when they do raids of known crack houses and dont find what they are looking for? It happens.

People are mad because this is a witch hunt....not a means of justice.

This whole thread has gone full retard.

The ATF suspected that he was using substances other than tannerite to blow stuff up. If that was true and he was using explosives he needed the liscenscing in order to use the explosives for profit.
Mixing binary components together consti¬tutes manufacturing explosives. Persons manufacturing explosives for their own personal, non-business use only (e.g., personal target practice) are not required to have a Federal explosives license or permit. However, individuals or companies must obtain a Federal explosives manufacturing license if they intend to engage in the business of manufacturing explosives for sale or distribution, or for their own business use. Such business uses include manufacturing for use in commercial blasting applications, removing obstacles such as trees or rocks during construction, theatrical special effects, and for demonstration or product testing purposes.

When they searched they found no explosives other than tannerite, the ATF went fishing and got nothing.

That said, the only evidence they had that he was using something other than tannerite was that they thought some of the explosions were bigger than tannerite could do. It was shoddy investigating, the kind that the ATF has done and used before and gotten innocent people killed. Unlike a known crackhouse, there is no reasonable suspicion to believe he was doing something illegal.

FPS has his licensing to have explosives, just not to profit from their use. How does that require a raid to enforce? they easily could have called him and said "hey you need a licence to film explosives for profit" or they could have simply arrested him peacefully and charged him for not having his licencing for the use of explosives for profit without licencing

dont get me wrong, I think its bull**** that they did it. Just trying to look at it from another point of view. What he does on his land is his buisness as long as it doesnt hurt anyone else.

Yea got caught in that convoy on the way to a fire call [vol. Ff]. All unmarked cars with a big command truck bringing up the rear. Broke in line so i could turn into fire station and a white expoler with johnson co plates fliped on his under cover blue lights on me
