$400 for 8lb jug of H4350?

I was browsing that other BST gun site whose name I will not speak and stumbled upon a jug of H4350 for $400.
I know that H4350 is unicorn fart and fairy dust rare, but is 50/lb the new going rate for this powder?

Hodgdon's website has stock come and go at $274/8lb. I'd just watch that. Even with Hazmat/ship it's almost $100 cheaper.
