41p looks to be definitely postponed until at least 2015

Personally I think this was a lot of huffing and puffing. I dont think this is going to materialize as bad as one might think. Theres a lot of support from the NFA community, manufacturers and owners as was demonstrated by all the comments to 41P. Applications for Form 1 and 3 are at record numbers. ATF is already working on version 2.0 of EForms and rumor has it that Form 4s will be coming back on line around Shot Show 2015.
