I've got alot of these, and have test fired a couple through a 1911. Is the .452 dia. stuff O.K to shoot on a regular basis through a 1911, the couple I loaded shot fine, but all my other stuff has always been .451.

Will this hurt my barrels if I shoot many of these?

they are fine. jackets bullets are usually .451 for the 45 Auto, while lead is usually .452. no problems to shoot them in the 45. 45 Colt is the same .452 diameter as well. I use them for both calibers...

The .452 200gr. cast are my mainstay for my target pistols. As above many cast bullets are .001 over spec. Some pistols with super tight chamber tolerances will experience an occasional failure to come to full battery with the .452's, but most function great.
