45acp AR pistol set up anyone?

Anyone running a .45acp AR pistol set up?

I’ve got a buddy who is having issues with his and the BCG stripping a round and nose diving the factory round just below where feed ramps are on a 223/556.

I’m curious if anyone else has had similar issues.

So far it’s a dedicated pistol lower that seats a factory G21 mag just perfect. I’m sorry I don’t have pictures or facts of the exact build.

I’m just curious if anyone near south ATL has an upper in .45acp that runs fine and if you could DM me for a possible trouble shoot haha

If you ever find yourself traveling south, I’ve got a private range, ammo, and a smoker that cranks out some decent pork butt... lol

I'd blame the mag. Been running my 45 AR for a while now and never had that problem. I used a New Frontier Armory lower, and I don't believe they are better that Angstadt Arms. In fact maybe not as good.

Did you have him try Macon Armory ? He’s the mad machinist behind the AR PCC platform I’m not sure if they are still there off 475 but I’d try it he’s great at troubleshooting.

Get with Rudy at Macon Armory. I have yet to find anything as reliable.
