Runs on propane
Burns the gasoline fumes that are vacuumed out of the soil at gas stations that had large leaks from their underground storage tanks

The groundwater in the immediate area is pumped out of about a dozen wells around the plume of leaked gasoline , to pull off the gasoline that's floating on top of the water and to lower the water table exposing more soil to the compressed air that is injected in one area and vacuumed out in another area , it evaporates the gasoline from the groundwater and the soil .

Takes about three years , costs about $700K
Cause the station owners were too lazy to maintain their tanks
